Coconut Snack Box 2025

Recipe, tips and warnings.

This is not cheap, nor should it be.

We are here to help nature, not poison it.

If you can't afford it, don't do it.

Nature will be fine regardless.

Don't try and replace

any of the ingredients with cheap,

poisonous peanuts or any other type.

There's a good reason why I make my own

with these specific items,

instead of buying pre-made garbage

from a supermarket or store.

Ingredients, (all organic):

Pecans

Hazelnuts

Walnuts

Pistachios

Pinenuts

(Do NOT use any other type or form of nuts!)

(If you don't have one or two of them, skip it!)

1.:

Prepare the trays by bending the edges,

so nobody cuts themselves.

2.:

2 Handful of Pecans, 1 for each.

2 Handful of Hazelnuts, 1 for each.

2 Handful of Walnuts, 1 for each.

2 half handfuls of Pistachios, 1 for each.

Fill the rest of the way with Pinenuts.

(Origins or type of the pinenuts don't matter.)

3.:

Pour all the nuts into a large, thick bag,

like a freezer bag and mix them well.

4.:

Flatten them out on your counter

and gently smash the large nuts.

Use whatever tool you have around.

5.:

Remix everything evenly in the bag

and pour it into each container.

(Shake to level them out.)

(If you have a little too much,

eat a handful yourself, it's delicious!)

6.:

Heat both trays in the oven,

at 200c/400f for a minimum of 2 minutes,

to kill any fungus and/or mold,

maximum 3 minutes.

(The coconut oil will prevent fungus

and/or mold after this.)

7.:

Heat your raw, organic coconut oil slowly,

at a maximum of 60c/40f.

Any higher and you ruin

the coconut oils properties and benefits.

(Do NOT use a microwave!)

8.:

As the coconut slowly melts,

continue to pour it gently,

to avoid the oil lifting up the mixture.

(This will take a while...)

9.:

Leave them in the refrigerator over night.

Serving tips:

In the summer time, put them out

when you come home from work,

when it's not so hot outside anymore.

Leave them out over night.

(Squirrels wake up at sunrise.)

(Do NOT leave them out all day!)

Before going to work,

or before it gets hot outside,

take them back inside

and store it in the refrigerator

to avoid them melting or

being spoiled by the sun.

The birds and the squirrels

will adapt and get used to the time schedule.

Don't be surprised

if they are waiting for you

when you get home from work.

(Unless it's winter time,

then it's perfectly fine to leave them out,

but you might attract unwanted visitors.)

(The outdoor temperature,

must be below/under: 20c/70f)

Why?:

Again, this is to help and support

your local squirrels and birds,

especially if they have rough or

patchy fur issues as well as infections,

such as, scrapes, wounds,

teeth issues, ticks and/or fleas.

Additional Information:

They don't actually have to eat the coconut,

having frequent contact and/or

cleaning themselves with it, is enough.

The coconut oil is not an oral treatment,

it's an appliance treatment,

although eating it also has it's own benefits.

Such as digestion benefits,

anti inflammatory properties,

antioxidant, healthy cholesterol,

antimicrobial, antifungal

and antiparasitic properties.

As well as triglycerides,

which is basically raw fuel for your brain.

This also applies to humans and yes,

you can also eat this,

gain the exact same benefits and

you can even make little snack bars

for your entire family to enjoy.

For humans:

Add fine oats, dark chocolate drops

and 2 tea spoons of salt,

for extra deliciousness.

Boom, you've got a cruelty free,

superpower snack bar for the whole family,

to kick your mornings off, like a rocket
